Who handles your information

ProjecktVFX is the trading name of an independent freelance CG artist who is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact projecktvfx@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you enquire, we receive your name, email address, any company or studio name you provide, project type and brief, and optional budget, timeline and reference links. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential materials through this initial form.

Why we use it

We use this information to evaluate your request, contact you, discuss requirements and provide estimates or quotes. Our legal basis is typically taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries where that basis applies. We do not add you to a marketing list merely because you submit an enquiry.

Who receives it

Enquiries submitted through this website are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting and form-handling provider. ProjecktVFX can access submissions through the Netlify dashboard and may receive email notifications if enabled. When correspondence continues by email or direct message, the relevant email or messaging provider also processes information. These providers may handle information outside the UK; applicable international-transfer protections must be assessed. We do not sell enquiry information.

How long we keep it

For enquiries that do not become projects, we aim to review and remove contact details when no longer needed, normally within 12 months of the last relevant communication. If a project proceeds, applicable client, invoicing and legal record-keeping periods may require longer retention.

Your rights

Subject to applicable data protection law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict its use or object to certain processing. Contact projecktvfx@gmail.com. If you are in the UK and remain dissatisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes

We may revise this notice when our form, providers or data handling practices change. The updated version will be published here.
